Why do you blame only unnaturally increased muscles in our hypocritical society?

Journalists often write articles about those that possess unnatural muscles and strength. Reading their statements, you can notice that those who apply anabolic steroids and/or other related medicines are harshly demonized. Such persons are criticized in our society. They are called “cheaters”. It is stated that those that use anabolic steroids for athletic needs may become addicted to these drugs. A lot of articles also contain information linked with potential negative results of steroids. However some negative reactions occur in steroid users, others are not proven scientifically. For example, it is widely reported about violent cases and murders committed by consumers of steroids. It is considered that steroids may lead to uncontrolled behavior which results in crimes. However, so named “roid rage” related to these medicines is considered to be a controversial issue.
A lot of individuals affirm that administration of steroids for increase of muscle mass and strength, hardening of muscles and fat loss is a moral issue. Let think! Is this statement free from hypocrisy? Why are just anabolic steroids blamed? Do only these products make the society unnatural? Let examine other aspects of our society! What do you think about sexual stimulants? It is said that you should not suffer from sexual disorders, when there are suitable drugs to get rid of such problems. Furthermore, what do you think about products for anti-aging purposes? Why should you have evident wrinkles, if there are ways to hide your age? Models and actors administer certain drugs but they are not named “cheaters”. Students apply certain medications for increase of their cognitive abilities. They are not blamed too. Some experts that have conducted several researches claim that those that apply steroids for increase of physical abilities are more harshly blamed than those that take certain products to enhance cognitive capacities. Is it fair?
As you see, our world is full of hypocrisy, ignorance and unfair accusations. May you blame consumers of steroids in this world? May you claim that usage of steroids for increase of physical performance is a moral issue? Be real! If you begin to blame steroid users, don’t forget about other conditions in the society!
