The CEO of State Pharmaceuticals defended Dough Baron and other professional athletes that need steroids for medical needs

The company State Pharmaceuticals produces subcutaneous pellet delivery system for the anabolic steroid testosterone. This company said that it was a sponsor of Dough Baron, a professional golfer. As it is known, this sportsperson is the only professional golfer that has been banned by the PGA Tour because he has violated anti-doping laws. Robert Whitehead, the chief executive of State Pharmaceuticals announced that it was not fairly to ban Dough Baron. He defended this as well as other professional athletes that apply the steroid testosterone, when it is recommended by physicians to enhance reduced levels of this hormone in them.
While the professional golfer filed a lawsuit against the PGA Tour, the CEO of State Pharmaceuticals supported him in this lawsuit. Robert Whitehead noticed that the PGA Tour didn’t have any justice to call this professional golfer a  “cheater”. However the status of the lawsuit hadn’t been made public, the PGA Tour made a decision to approve the medical usage of testosterone by  Dough Baron. Thus, the golfer Dough Baron  received a TUE for intake of testosterone for therapeutic purposes.
Robert Whitehead explained why State Pharmaceuticals sponsored Dough Barron. The CEO of State Pharmaceuticals argued that the PGA Tour acted improperly in numerous cases. The sportsman that needed therapeutic usage of testosterone was called a liar. Thus, the PGA Tour contributed in medical ignorance and kept men from improving their health. The CEO of State Pharmaceuticals said that many points of view connected with testosterone replacement therapy didn’t have any scientific basis. These incorrect statements have kept numerous people from the medical care.
