Massive arms of Moustafa Ismail caused numerous suppositions

Moustafa Ismail, an Egyptian bodybuilder, has the largest biceps in the world. His name was recorded in the Guinness book of the world records. This person claims that his large arms are natural. Moustafa Ismail claims that he has the largest biceps in the world because he has too strict nutrition and trainings. He eats chickens, almonds and fish every day. The bodybuilder also consumes much water and protein shakes.
However it is evident that nutrition and trainings have significant role, many individuals doubt about natural arms of Moustafa Ismail. It is difficult to believe that proper workouts and diets can lead to such increase in arms. Which factors are responsible for the massive arms of the Egyptian bodybuilder?
When it was announced that Moustafa Ismail’s arms were 32 inches, accusations linked with administration of steroids appeared immediately. Certain individuals suggest that anabolic steroids are responsible for the large arms of this guy. What did the Egyptian bodybuilder say about usage of anabolic steroids? He affirmed that he had taken steroids while living in Egypt. Purchase and intake of these products are legal under laws of this country. These products are getable at any drug store in Egypt. Moreover, steroids are cheap there. But Moustafa Ismail affirmed that he had to stop applying these products, when he moved to the USA. It is know that purchase and usage of these preparations without a prescription are claimed to be illicit under laws of the US. These preparations are bought on the black market by those that use them in the US illegally. Thus, Moustafa Ismail stopped administering these preparations after he moved to the USA.
But if even the Egyptian bodybuilder applies steroids, it doesn’t matter because these products don’t increase arms. They are not responsible for Moustafa Ismail’s large arms.
There are other remedies which can enhance arms. They are called “site enhancement oils” (SEO). Synthol is one of the most often applied SEO. This product is administered by bodybuilders. It is applied in order to increase muscles in circumference. So, it is supposed that Moustafa Ismail administers Synthol. However, Moustafa Ismail affirms that he doesn’t apply this product.
The Egyptian bodybuilder claims that he is hurt by accusations linked with steroids and Synthol. He has been subjected to examination conducted by an independent doctor that hasn’t found  any abnormality in the arms of this person. Thus, it is not clear whether the bodybuilder’s arms are natural or not.
