In the spite of the condition that Jose Canseco will probably never escape from his steroid past, he put efforts to continue playing professional baseball

Jose Canseco is a former player of the Major League Baseball. He was banned for administration of steroids. This player wrote a book “Juiced” in which he noted that numerous players of the MLB used steroids.
Now he has been invited to play for the Tigres de Quintana Roo of Cancun. Jose Canseco has proclaimed about his desire to play in the MLB again. Jose Canseco has written on Twitter that Cancun is his following step towards the MLB.
This person has not played professional baseball since 2001 after he had played for the Chicago White Sox. Jose Canseco was probably blackballed by baseball due to his comments related to steroids and described in the book “Juiced: Wild Times, Rampant ‘Roids, Smash Hits & How Baseball Got Big”.  He has identified himself as the “godfather” of steroids in baseball and took credit for introducing these medications in baseball. Jose Canseco openly acknowledged in his book that he had used anabolic steroids and other drugs that have performance-enhancing effects. This player mentioned also names of other baseball players that took steroids. Such persons, as  Mark McGwire, Juan Gonzalez, Rafael Palmeiro, Ivan Rodriguez, and Jason Giambi were identified by Jose Canseco.
However anabolic steroids can be gotten without any prescription at Mexican pharmacies, they are banned in MLB.
According to some sources, Jose Canseco will be tested for forbidden drugs by the Quintana Roo Tigers.
The former baseball player confirms that he has stopped using steroids some years ago. According to certain sources, since stopping taking steroids it had been recommended testosterone replacement therapy for him to cure certain problems linked with reduced level of testosterone.
Jose Canseco noticed that he had had several unwanted consequences because of intake of steroids. So, his doctor had to recommend him a testosterone gel to relieve from low libido and depression.
While Jose Canseco tried to restore his natural production of testosterone, he got some troubles with laws. This person was detained for about 9 hours by the San Diego Immigration and Customs Enforcement after he had been caught possessing HCG at the international border. Jose Canseco’s house was raided by law enforcement officials but no any steroids were found.
However Jose Canseco will never escape from his steroid past, he tries to continue playing professional baseball.
